Standard Job Description 
 You will be the Subcontract Management Stf for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex subcontracts.

As the Subcontract Management Stf you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams and overseeing procurement activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals. Negotiate subcontract provisions, select subcontractors, and issue awards. Administer subcontracts and manage change activities throughout the lifecycle.  Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR Working knowledge of standard contract types Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions Ability to work independently and in a team environment Desired Skills 
 Experience managing complex subcontracts Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry Experience with LM S/4Hana Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
