The Opportunity The TechOps SAP FICO Senior Consultant is responsible for providing functional support, application maintenance, incident management, enhancements, and continuous improvement for SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions across global client environments. The role collaborates with business users, cross-functional SAP teams, and technical teams to maintain system stability, optimize business processes, and deliver high-quality support services. Key Responsibilities

Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution. Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Change Requests & Enhancements

Analyze business requirements and evaluate solution options. Support configuration and enhancement activities within SAP FI/CO. Participate in design discussions and process improvements. Handle change requests and coordinate with technical teams for development activities. Validate solutions through testing and deployment support.
