We are seeking a dynamic Global Key Account Manager to spearhead our commercial relationship with a premier European OEM. This is a blended role, balancing strategic account management with new business development. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact for the assigned account. Design and execute a structured global account strategy that aligns with evolving business objectives and market trends. Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships, supporting sustainable partnerships and mutual success. Drive targeted hunting activities to win new customers in region. Strong ability to independently hunt and convert new business opportunities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures and geographies. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong analytical mindset with a talent for strategic planning and execution. Manage and expand OEM customer relationships within the assigned sales territory Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth Identify new business opportunities and market trends Proactively engage new prospects to grow revenue beyond existing OEM portfolio. Collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support) Negotiate contracts and pricing Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Director What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field Several years of experience in sales, ideally within the OEM sector Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, structured work style, and high initiative Fluent in English and preferably in French or at least another European language Willingness to travel About Us: Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, which includes the product brands of Arens Controls, Penny & Giles, PG Drives Technology and Williams Controls, is an excellent supplier in providing components and sub-systems which enable customer specific solutions for on- and off-highway vehicles. These include medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses and motor coaches, construction and agricultural vehicles, materials handling, and other specialty vehicles, as well as sophisticated wheelchairs and scooters for medical mobility. We develop and manufacture electronic throttle controls, transmission shifters and sensors for commercial off-highway equipment and heavy trucks, helping to address the long-term trend towards attaining higher fuel efficiency and lower emissions. We also supply operator controls and advanced motor controllers for hybrid and electric vehicles, such as buses, forklift trucks, pallet stackers, wheelchairs, and rehabilitation chairs.
