Your role As a Data Enablement Specialist, you will strengthen how teams access, understand, and use data to make decisions and deliver outcomes for the business and our customers. Your role will focus on translating data capabilities into practical, repeatable ways of working by improving data availability, clarity, and adoption across tools, processes, and teams. Success is measured by improved data usability, increased adoption of dashboards and insights, and reduced friction in how people find and use data. What you will do •Design and maintain data enablement assets such as dashboards, datasets, documentation, and playbooks that support business and customer outcomes •Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs, define use cases, and prioritize enablement efforts •Translate technical data concepts into clear, usable guidance for non‑technical audiences •Support data quality, governance, and consistency by reinforcing standards, definitions, and best practices •Enable self‑service analytics by improving access to trusted data sources and reporting tools •Analyze usage patterns and feedback to continuously improve data products and enablement materials •Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure solutions are practical and adoptable •Track and report on enablement impact using measurable indicators such as adoption, usage, and satisfaction Who You Are Required skills and experience •Experience supporting data enablement, analytics, reporting, or data operations •Hands‑on experience working with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms •Ability to translate data concepts into clear guidance, documentation, and training materials •Experience working with structured datasets and understanding data quality, definitions, and lineage •Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver usable outcomes •Experience supporting self‑service analytics or data adoption initiatives •Comfort working with ambiguity and turning loosely defined needs into practical solutions Preferred skills and experience •Experience in a consulting, enablement, or internal advisory role •Familiarity with data governance frameworks and operating models •Experience supporting enterprise platforms or shared data services •Exposure to cloud data platforms or modern data stacks •Background in change management, learning enablement, or process improvement Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
