Job Function Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport materials to customers and company locations Safely load, transport, and unload materials, ensuring proper securement of all loads Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any issues Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation Communicate with dispatch, customers, and operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Adhere to assigned delivery routes and schedules Ensure materials are delivered in good condition and meet customer requirements Maintain cleanliness and general condition of assigned vehicle Follow all safety procedures while handling materials, including bending, lifting, strapping, and securing loads Report accidents, delays, or issues promptly to management Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills Valid Class A CDL required Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience preferred Good motor vehicle record (MVR) required Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers and transport materials Ability to lift, bend, secure loads, and perform physical job duties Strong attention to safety and compliance Dependable with strong time management skills
