Overview

Microsoft's customer and partner organization is responsible for how the company engages with customers and partners around the world. Its core mission is to empower customers and partners to achieve more — bringing together sales, technical, and delivery expertise to help organizations adopt and get real value from cloud and AI technologies. As a Technical Solutions Intern , you will work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and specialists to support customers on their cloud and AI journey. With coaching from others, you will engage with customers and partners, shadow stakeholder interactions, and build awareness of technical solutions, product strategy, and the resources available across the business. Depending on team placement, you may support technical pre-sales engagements and solution demonstrations, or contribute to cloud architecture and delivery projects. In both paths, you will help translate technical and business capabilities, and grow your technical and business skills through hands-on work and community engagement.
Responsibilities
Build awareness of product strategy, compete strategies, and the partner ecosystem, informed by customer feedback. Deliver and tailor Microsoft messaging to different audiences, and assist with product demonstrations. Support the delivery of solutions aligned with Microsoft methodologies and customer goals. Help identify opportunities for cloud adoption and usage growth, and guide customers toward secure, optimized solutions. Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams on project scope and requirements. Expand domain knowledge through readiness materials, technical community sessions, and events.
Qualifications
Currentlyenrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) at an intermediate or higher level.
