The ideal Rack Men's Dresswear Expert is passionate about menswear, confident on the sales floor, and lives the Rack playbook — delivering an experience that helps customers feel good and look their best.  A day in the life...   Guide customers through suit selection, fit assessment, complete outfit building and offer alterations appointments with every suit sale  Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays "runway ready", and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day  Keep the stockroom organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards  Create a clean, clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the sales floor  Partner with the floor manager on monthly sell-through performance, and share product and customer feedback  Stay well versed on the expanded NordstromRack.com dresswear offer  You own this if you have...   A passion for menswear, with the confidence to speak about fit, fabric, and style  Drive to build expertise across our dresswear assortment  Confidence to initiate conversations, build complete outfits, and close the sale, including alterations  Ability to keep the dresswear zone filled in, sized, and shop-ready  Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event seasons  Physical Requirements:  Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers  Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling  Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head  Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds  Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws.
