The Site Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer, meeting room, and end-user technology issues and acts as the local IT contact for employees and works closely with remote service desk, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams. What you’ll do Provide face-to-face technical support for employees at the office or client site. Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals. Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software and support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, email, collaboration tools, and business applications. Maintain accurate ticket updates, asset records, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles. Follow IT security policies, access control procedures, and data protection standards. More about you BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3+ years of experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, field support, or service desk support. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; macOS experience is a plus. Experience with asset management and IT inventory processes.
