Change Manager The Opportunity: Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing, learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Our mission partner is looking for an experienced individual who can evaluate workflows and processes using measurable indicators, identify patterns in performance, and translate those insights into meaningful improvements that teams can adopt and sustain. You will examine process trends, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and craft countermeasures rooted in data-based evidence. You’ll collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to ensure that updated workflows support mission objectives and bilateral priorities and integrate with digital systems that further optimize and automate processes. You’ll apply Agile principles to guide and deploy iterative changes and utilize lightweight performance metrics to validate improvements. You will also develop supporting resources and lead interaction with key stakeholders to clearly communicate process changes and educate teams on how to integrate them within their daily workflows. You Have: 3+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, or performance management 2+ years of experience working within Agile environments and with Agile practices Experience with collecting, validating, and analyzing process data to derive actionable insights Experience with developing data‑based recommendations, identifying gaps, and proposing performance‑driven improvements Experience with leading and delivering executive-level briefings to clients and stakeholders on change strategy, program process, organizational impacts, risks, and adoption metrics Ability to turn analytical findings into clear, accessible documentation and training materials Ability to bridge communication gaps and foster collaboration across multiple teams to ensure successful project execution Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience working with or within the Department of Defense in an international or bilateral coordination context Experience building, using, or overseeing digital dashboards, business intelligence platforms, or enterprise data ecosystems Experience with digital transformation programs, user-centered design, and high‑impact technology environments Experience with Pacific posture planning Knowledge of Force Design 2030 Knowledge of data governance, interoperability, and structured reporting within large-scale programs Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) concepts and implementation Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Change Management Certification such as PROSCI Certification Agile‑related Certification such as ICP-Agile Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
