Eaton’s North America Sales division is currently seeking a Project Coordinator within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC. The expected annual salary range for this role is $84000 - $123000 a year. What you’ll do: The Project Coordinator serves as the primary commercial liaison between the Hyperscale and Multi Tenant Data Center Sales teams, Technical Sales Engineers, and customers throughout the execution of project orders. In this role, you will take full ownership of assigned orders, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience through proactive communication, coordination, and project support. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the order lifecycle, such as order entry, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination. For projects exceeding $500,000, the Project Coordinator will leverage available resources and collaborate with key stakeholders to meet customer expectations and ensure successful order fulfillment. Job responsibilities • Serve as the primary commercial liaison between customers, Datacenter Sales, Technical Sales Engineers, and internal functional teams throughout the execution of project orders. • Own and coordinate high-value project orders exceeding $500,000, proactively identifying risks, driving resolutions, and ensuring customer expectations are met throughout the order lifecycle. • Provide comprehensive order management, including order entry, promised-date compliance, backlog management, material shipment coordination, on-time delivery, order expediting, and order status tracking. • Collaborate with Sales, Eaton Datacenter Agents, business partners, Purchasing, Credit, and Legal teams to resolve order issues, improve customer satisfaction, and develop effective customer solutions. • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order verification, status, pricing, and shipment updates. Coordinate with Operations to confirm lead times, schedule deliveries, and manage special handling requirements. • Support post-sales BidManager activities, including bill of material revisions, item modifications, new material creation, and quote and pricing requests. • Serve as the primary point of escalation for order-related issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery, pricing, supply chain, and execution challenges while minimizing customer impact. • Preemptively identify risks that may affect project timelines, revenue, or customer satisfaction, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders and driving timely resolution to ensure successful project execution. • Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing cross-functional processes and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and the customer experience. • Analyze and manage order reports to prioritize releases, support revenue objectives, and meet customer demand. • Manage order backlog to ensure forecast accuracy and support business unit objectives. • Facilitate Return Material Authorization (RMA), credit, and re-bill processes to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
