Performs analysis to identify and develop supply chain business and process improvement and evaluate return on investment (ROI) of the opportunity.

Identifying, defining, and implementing integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities. Establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions. Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets. Developing and analyzing data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships. Coordinate material planning and procurement activities for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring alignment with the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the system. Manage the introduction of new part numbers, as well as material transition and phase-out activities for existing components. Track engineering releases and validate material availability throughout each phase of the project lifecycle. Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production Scheduling, Quality, and suppliers to ensure on-time material availability and delivery. Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent disruptions. Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained during product transitions and launch activities. Provide visibility of material status through regular reporting and cross-functional project review meetings. Lead material ramp-up and stabilization strategies to support successful new product launches.
