Our Opportunity

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a  Purchasing Coordinator  to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the Purchasing Department; compile data, maintain training documents, create spreadsheets, write policies and procedures, and produce charts/graphs for purchasing department.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities

Provides administrative support for Purchasing Department.  Prepares and sends Request For Quote’s and Updated Prints.  Updates departmental policies and procedures to reflect changes to current practices.  Reviews and maintains time records in Kronos for the Purchasing Department Staff.  Coordinates scheduling of meetings and travel.  Provides support and/or training to supply-base and purchasing staff.

The salary range for this position is $37,700- $53,400 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of administrative and purchasing experience  OR Associate’s Degree in an administrative or business related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of administrative and purchasing experience.
