Sr. Technical Program Manager, Global Payouts, ABPX

In the Amazon Global Payouts team, we're embarking on an ambitious journey to transform our global payouts architecture. As we advance into the next generation of payouts capabilities, we're seeking an exceptional Engineering Leader to join us in revolutionizing how Amazon handles payouts worldwide. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of modernizing our Payments APIs and developing cutting-edge payout systems that serve millions of Amazon's sellers, vendors, and partners globally. Key job responsibilities - As a Sr. TPM, you will collaborate closely with a team of software development managers, product managers and engineers to deliver new solutions into production. - You will be responsible for creating the roadmap and project plan, creating metrics to measure velocity and progress, reporting to leadership, and coordinating and aligning stakeholders to a single vision. - You will help make important important tradeoff decisions with product, science, and engineering. You will help us move quickly, look for simplifications and identify blockers early. - You’ll own and improve the mechanisms we use to track goals, status, and business metrics across teams.

The Global Payouts organization enable Amazon Businesses to send payments to beneficiaries (Seller, Flex, Vendors, etc.) World Wide. We develop highly available, secure and resilient systems to disburse millions of transaction integrating with banking partners.
