HVAC Technician – Saudi National Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Saudi National HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC equipment in accordance with industry practices, manufacturer guidelines, company standards, and EH&S requirements. The role requires strong technical knowledge, a commitment to safety and quality, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out assigned HVAC service, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities in accordance with standard procedures. Attend and complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Perform daily tasks and maintain accurate timesheets, job cards, and service records. Inspect air-conditioning units and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults; recommend appropriate corrective actions. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records. Repair, replace, adjust, and maintain defective or damaged HVAC components and parts. Adjust and maintain electrical and electronic control systems, including checking motors, belts, blowers, coils, and related components. Prepare inspection reports covering site conditions, scope of work, findings, and technical recommendations. Complete Job Completion Certificates, Job Cards, EH&S site surveys, inspection reports, and other required documentation. Estimate required labor hours, tools, equipment, and materials for assigned work. Communicate with customers regarding work progress, outstanding issues, and recommendations. Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and orderly upon completion. Identify safety hazards and implement appropriate controls before and during work activities. Follow all EH&S policies, procedures, and safe working practices. Escalate technical, safety, or operational issues to the Supervisor or Manager when required. Safely rig and set up gantries and lifting arrangements for HVAC equipment, pumps, chillers, and other heavy equipment as required. Organize and manage machinery, tools, equipment pickup/delivery, usage, and inventory as applicable. Use computers, mobile devices, and relevant applications for work-related activities and reporting. Work independently when required and effectively collaborate with colleagues as part of an integrated team. Attend and actively participate in EH&S and technical training sessions and meetings. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience Saudi National. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry or field. Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a strong team-player attitude. Basic computer and mobile application skills.
