What You'll Do
As our HR Manager, you will be a key leader in creating a positive and productive environment for all employees. Your main responsibilities will include: Building Our Team: You'll oversee all aspects of hiring, from attracting great talent to ensuring new employees feel welcome and get off to a strong start. Supporting Our People: You'll be the go-to person for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution, making sure everyone feels heard and supported. You'll also lead efforts to keep our team engaged and happy. Developing Our Talent: You'll manage our performance review processes and help identify opportunities for employees to grow and develop their skills. Managing Compensation & Benefits: You'll oversee our pay structures and employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and well-managed. Ensuring Compliance & Best Practices: You'll make sure our HR policies and procedures are fair, up-to-date, and follow all legal requirements. Strategic Partnership: You'll work closely with company leadership to align our HR efforts with our business goals and help us build a strong, effective organization.

While a degree in Human Resources or Psychology is an asset, candidates with degrees in any other fields and relevant HR experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Has been exposed to all aspects of Organization management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
