Position Summary
The Systems Engineer sits in our Collaboration & Identity Services space, and is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise identity, messaging, collaboration, and cloud services. This role serves as a technical expert for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services that support business operations globally.
Key Responsibilities
Identity & Infrastructure
• Administer and support enterprise Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, certificate services, and identity lifecycle management.
• Manage account provisioning, access governance, service accounts, security groups, and automation solutions.
• Support hybrid identity services, directory synchronization, and single sign-on solutions.
Microsoft 365 & Collaboration
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related productivity platforms.
• Manage compliance, eDiscovery, licensing, and security controls.
Azure & Security
• Implement and support Conditional Access, MFA, identity protection, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Configure and maintain enterprise applications, cloud identity integrations, and security policies.
• Assist with cloud governance, cost management, and operational support.
Messaging & Unified Communications
• Administer Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments, including mail flow, security, and mail routing.
• Manage Teams Phone services, voice infrastructure, call queues, auto attendants, and collaboration devices.
• Support email security technologies including DMARC, DKIM, TLS, and anti-phishing controls.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Active Directory and Entra ID
• Microsoft 365
• Azure
• Exchange Online and Exchange Server
• Microsoft Teams
• PowerShell automation
• Experience with identity management,
