Why Join Us | DuPont Careers DuPont's industry-leading Adhesives business segment provides high-performance adhesives to engineers and designers in the automotive market to enable material systems solutions for demanding applications and environments. We are looking for a Product Stewardship & Regulatory Specialist based in Germany supporting customers in that region. Your main responsibilities will include: Support customers of the business, mainly OEMs, in their EH&S inquiries and concerns. Support the implementation of the business product stewardship plan for assigned product portfolios. Support the compliance of the business with REACH and other regional/local regulations (RoHS, GADSL, German WGK, etc.). Monitor the development of local regulations, help to provide insights and interpretation of regulations to business stakeholders. Support the different functions of the business (R&D, TS&D, marketing, sales) in inquiries related to product safety and compliance. Support the R&D function in the development of less hazardous and more sustainable products. Conduct Business Risk Reviews to identify, evaluate and manage the risks associated with new or existing business opportunities. Review the hazardous classification and Safety Datasheets of EU-sold products in accordance with CLP regulations. Main requirements: Fluency in both English and German; Bachelor or Master, preferably in a chemistry, science or engineering field; Knowledge and understanding of the automotive customer requirements and regulations; High ethics and strong regulatory compliance awareness; Relevant exprience in the automotive segment; Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, interact, and communicate information with internal and external stakeholders; Self-initiated learning to consistently broaden knowledge on new topics including those outside of PS&R; Knowledge of regulations that are desirable: REACH and other regional/local regulations (RoHS, GADSL, German WGK, etc.); Knowledge of SDS / label elements that support GHS (CLP) Classification.
