Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our inpatient and residential programs at our Doylestown, PA campus. This is an onsite position Monday - Friday offering full-time benefits and great pay! $15,000 sign-on now offered for this position! Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults. Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12-acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Foundations provides a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, and young adults spanning hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.
Position
Responsibilities: Work directly with clients, families, and staff to evaluate behavior challenges and teach functional skills and interventions. Design and conduct functional behavioral assessments and data analysis. Develop function-based behavior support plans. Recommend appropriate functionally equivalent replacement behaviors. Conduct behavior skills training for staff on implementation of behavior support plans in the hospital/residential setting. Conduct functional analyses as needed, including adaptation of functional analysis protocol for hospital environment. Develop and provide staff training and workshops on principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis. Provide clinical supervision and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA trainees inclusive of competency assessment and performance feedback. Participates in department and facility Performance Improvement activities. Participate in interdisciplinary and interagency team meetings to provide behavior analytic perspective as needed. Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Clinical Counseling/Psychology, or related Human Services field. Licenses and Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience: At least 2 years of experience providing services to programs serving children and adolescents with ASD or related neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably with persons with significant behavioral challenges. At least 2 years post-masters experience providing behavior analysis treatment including functional assessment and analysis, data analysis, significant behavior challenges and evidence-based practice
