In this role, you’ll be a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across Corporate Legal. Your work will cover employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational and workforce planning, compensation, succession planning, and recruitment. You’ll work closely with partners across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Employment Law, and other HR teams depending on what the business needs. Here you can: Serve as a trusted HR partner to Corporate Legal leaders and employees. Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, development, and other people-related matters. Assist in managing employee relations issues and workplace investigations, partnering with Employment Law when needed. Support key talent processes including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development. Work with leaders on organizational design, team structure, workforce planning, and talent priorities. Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to support recruitment and hiring needs. Help leaders and employees understand and navigate HR policies, practices, and programs. Use workforce data and employee feedback to spot trends, identify opportunities, and help inform decisions. Work closely with HR partners and subject matter experts to find solutions and get things done. Lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve how we support, develop, and engage employees.
