Key job responsibilities - Conducting research of rights and third-party obligations for derivative works based on our library properties - Manage scripted television and film development agreements; conduct periodic audits to ensure legal, contractual, and guild compliance - Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and enhance efficiency through automation and standardization, including implementing AI tools to assist with rights research and contract management processes A day in the life As a Contracts Manager supporting Amazon MGM Studios, you'll work at the intersection of creative development and legal operations. Your day might include reviewing chain-of-title documentation for a new project, collaborating with attorneys to evaluate rights associated with our library properties, or implementing workflow improvements that reduce contract turnaround time.
