About this role
The Product Management Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.
Responsibilities
Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated analytical skills Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience • Support the management of client demands across key digital platforms and solutions including Digital Onboarding, CitiDirect, file-based solutions, host-to-host connectivity, API integrations, Billing, and Statements. • Assist in maintaining and evolving the local digital platforms product roadmap, contributing ideas and market feedback to shape product priorities. • Collaborate with regional and global product teams to ensure Canadian market needs are represented and addressed. • Contribute to the identification of product opportunities through data-informed analysis and client feedback loops. • Partner with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure successful product adoption. • Work in real-time collaboration with Global, technology and operations teams to manage product enhancements, resolve client issues, and support platform deployments. • Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and emerging technologies, staying current with industry developments relevant to digital banking and treasury solutions. ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Product Management and Development ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Product Management
