Job Description What Your Impact Will Be: Support with invoice approvals in Coupa. Payment requests and validation of completed payments. Assistance and support for internal users and vendors regarding questions about the Accounts Payable (AP) process. Payment confirmations. Reports for the Tax team (reports are downloaded from the system and reconciled against bank information). Qualifications What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, finance or related field Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks. Assertive and effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders. Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize and simplify processes. Excel skills.
