Silgan Containers is hiring Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Fort Dodge, IA. As a Production Associate, you will operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment, assist with packaging and palletizing, and help keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. Monitor machine operation and ensure materials are fed accurately into production equipment. Operate semi-automated palletizing equipment to stack finished products safely and efficiently. Assist with packaging, material handling, and other manufacturing production activities. Perform clean-up duties, part sorting, and general production support tasks to maintain an organized and productive work area. Serve as a relief operator when needed to support production line operations. Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing standards. Complete training to become a Certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator . Develop new skills and work toward ongoing training and advancement opportunities. Perform other production duties as assigned by management.
