Als Internal Product Specialist ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's bij productgerelateerde vragen en ondersteun je actief de verkoop van jouw productportfolio. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Adviseren van klanten en collega's over producten en technische toepassingen. Opstellen, onderhandelen en opvolgen van offertes. Actief promoten van het toegewezen productassortiment en identificeren van cross-selling opportuniteiten. Ondersteunen bij tenders en technische productvragen. Beheren van productinformatie in ERP- en CRM-systemen. Samenwerken met leveranciers, technische experts en internationale collega's. Wie ben jij? Je hebt ervaring met laboratoriumproducten en/of een relevante wetenschappelijke achtergrond omtrent chemicaliën. Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk. Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en bent een echte teamspeler. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Ervaring met ERP-, CRM-systemen is een plus. Klaar voor deze uitdaging? Vous avez un esprit commercial, une véritable orientation client et une bonne connaissance des produits chimiques et des réactifs de laboratoire? Alors ce poste est fait pour vous. En tant qu’Internal Product Specialist, vous êtes le point de contact pour les clients et les collègues concernant les questions liées aux produits et vous participez activement au développement des ventes de votre portefeuille de produits. Vos responsabilités Conseiller les clients et les collègues sur les produits et leurs applications techniques. Préparer, négocier et assurer le suivi des offres commerciales. Promouvoir activement la gamme de produits attribuée et identifier des opportunités de ventes croisées. Participer aux appels d’offres et répondre aux questions techniques relatives aux produits. Gérer les informations produits dans les systèmes ERP et CRM. Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, les experts techniques et les collègues internationaux. Votre profil Vous avez une expérience des produits de laboratoire et/ou une formation scientifique pertinente dans le domaine de la chimie. Vous êtes orienté(e) client, doté(e) d’un bon sens commercial et d’excellentes compétences en communication. Vous travaillez de manière organisée, autonome et appréciez le travail en équipe.
