Service Administrator

Job Summary: Serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the branch location. We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Distribution business in Mount Pearl, NL. will make an impact in the following ways:

Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles

Create work order, collect information, quote customers billable hours, submit warranty/claims

Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies

Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products

Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop

Perform branch administrative duties
