The Naval Power Engineering Execution Team is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to lead SM-6 IAU Transition to Production (TTP) engineering efforts at the Redstone Raytheon Missile Integration Facility (RRMIF) in Huntsville, Alabama. This position reports to the SM-6 IAU TTP Program Manager and Chief Engineer. The person selected for this role will lead the engineering scope required at RRMIF to get the SM-6 IAU variant from development to production.   This lead will be responsible for ensuring that the system and production equipment are ready for production at the conclusion of this effort. They are responsible for removing barriers and defining solutions that support the program. In addition, it is expected this person will work across all Raytheon functional organizations to coordinate staffing the team and ensure the timely start-up and delivery of products in accordance with the contract(s). This is an onsite position located in Huntsville, Alabama.

Lead engineering scope execution of the SM-6 IAU TTR contractual activities to meet schedule and cost constraints to support contract terms and production capacity growth goals for the next 5 years. Collaborate with Chief Engineer to proactively identify, evaluate, track and prioritize actions that can keep alignment with the 5-year production growth strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Firmware Engineers, Test Equipment and Production Test Engineers. Oversee the design, development and systems integration activities within production facilities to support transition to production (TTP). Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies and resolution of technical challenges impacting across the directorate's contractual and capital-funded activities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating efforts status, risks and opportunities effectively. Support proposal development and planning activities for future projects and initiatives related to the production value stream. Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and support the approval of product and process changes.

You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
