Job Title Fire and Safety Officer Job Description Summary Job Description Role Purpose The Fire & Life Safety Officer will be fully responsible for fire prevention, life safety systems, statutory compliance, and emergency preparedness across the mall, ensuring a safe, compliant, and audit-ready environment at all times.

Overall in-charge of Fire & Life Safety systems including Fire Alarm, Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pumps, Smoke Management, and Fire Extinguishers. Supervise and manage Firemen across shifts ensuring 24x7 fire safety coverage. Ensure compliance with Fire NOC, NBC, insurance, and local fire authority requirements. Act as Incident Controller during fire or life safety emergencies and coordinate with the Fire Brigade. Conduct mock drills, emergency preparedness activities, and fire safety training. Monitor fire safety compliance of retail stores, food courts, cinema, and event areas. Handle fire audits, close observations, and maintain statutory fire safety documentation.       INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
