As a Solution Engineer in the AI Business Solutions – Copilot team, you will lead technical engagements that drive AI transformation for enterprise customers. Your mission is to win technical decisions and accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related solutions by delivering compelling demos, envisioning sessions, and scalable architectures. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through secure, compliant, and value-driven implementations that align with their enterprise strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of work by enabling customers to realize the full potential of AI-powered productivity. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, engineering, and partner teams to remove technical blockers, generate pipeline, and ensure seamless handoffs for deployment and adoption. Your success will be measured by technical wins, customer adoption, partner engagement, and your contributions to a high-performance, learning-oriented team culture. Responsibilities •Lead AI-first Copilot & Agents engagements from ideation to HoK validation to production adoption, ensuring activities are tied to measurable business outcomes and customer value realization. •Own technical decision leadership across qualified opportunities, delivering activities (customized demos, whiteboarding, POC orchestration and/or HoK sessions) •Design and validate secure Copilot + Agent architectures, addressing data readiness, governance, compliance, and integration challenges. •Drive Copilot adoption and workload expansion by positioning integrated solutions across M365 and business applications to maximize value. •Execute and document POC outcomes and solution assessments, capturing results within technical close plans and consumption plans  •Ensure deployment readiness and adoption success by aligning with Customer Success Unit to define usage intent, consumption planning, and execution milestones. •Orchestrate cross-team collaboration to convert technical wins into deployment, usage, and consumption growth. •Maintain sales execution rigor, including tracking of activities, blockers, milestones, and pipeline progression. •Continuously grow Copilot and AI expertise, applying latest frontier innovations and sharing insights to improve team capability and field effectiveness.

5-8 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering or technical sales roles. Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents, with a track record of winning complex technical decisions. Skilled in crafting secure, scalable architectures and leading cross-functional engagements. Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team-wide learning and strategy.
