Job Description We are excited to grow our field sales organization and are looking for our next Channel Sales Associate (CSA). In this role, you will serve as a primary touchpoint for existing end-user accounts within your assigned territory while qualifying inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting opportunities from inside sales. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will conduct discovery, book and lead web demonstrations of our full suite of physical security solutions, and manage smaller channel opportunities to support regional sales growth. You will collaborate closely with Channel Sales Executive (CSE) teammates to generate pipeline and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the Motorola Solutions ecosystem. Candidates bringing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Execute proactive outreach to existing customers within the territory to ensure satisfaction and long-term value realization Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and video channels to maintain strong customer trust Lead discovery calls and web demonstrations to uncover compelling business needs and qualify inbound and outbound prospects Pipeline Generation & Territory Collaboration Qualify inbound sales leads and partner with Channel Sales Executives to achieve regional quota targets Manage smaller opportunities through the channel sales cycle to accelerate team velocity and field sales efficiency Utilize Salesforce to diligently track customer activity, complete tasks, manage leads, and maintain precise opportunity pipeline data Field Presence & Continuous Growth Work primarily from the office to optimize availability for real-time contact with customers, partners, and internal teammates Participate in local industry events, marketing roadshows, and regional conferences to expand brand presence Embrace feedback and professional coaching with confidence and resilience to handle customer objections effectively Job Requirements Technical Expertise Salesforce Proficiency to systematically manage leads, log daily tasks, and maintain pipeline accuracy Web Demonstration Tools to effectively present technical product features and discover customer business requirements remotely Professional Experience Technology & SaaS Sales experience to navigate structured sales cycles and understand enterprise technical environments Discovery Best Practices to uncover core business needs through structured, targeted customer questioning Cross-Channel Communication expertise to deliver clear, impact-driven messaging across live, video, and written interactions Priority Management to maintain momentum across multiple customer accounts and territory priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or technical degree Experience with physical security, video
