This role is pivotal in supporting our property management portfolio by delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that directly impacts client satisfaction and operational efficiency. What your day-to-day will look like: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for assigned client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and client requirements • Develop and manage annual operating budgets and periodic forecasts for multiple properties, working closely with property management teams and clients to align financial projections with business objectives • Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecast, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to stakeholders for improved decision-making • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Collaborate with property management teams, leasing professionals, and clients to resolve financial inquiries, explain variances, and provide strategic financial guidance on operational matters • Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting templates to improve efficiency and accuracy while ensuring compliance with JLL standards and client specifications • Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating financial performance and strategic recommendations to support client relationship management and business development efforts Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry • Strong proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP) and advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas for data analysis and reporting • Proven experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems, with preference for real estate management platforms such as Yardi, MRI, or similar property management systems • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to diverse audiences including clients, senior management, and
