This non-exempt, full time position with Optum/CPS is dedicated to running the necessary functions of the Dublin office (e.g. mail, checks, phone, event/visitor management, facilities, etc). This person is available in person to respond to mail, visitors, phone calls, voicemails, etc for the company. They also perform several critical day to day functions for CPS (check processing, incoming and outgoing mail, legal and client notification management, management of office facilities, maintenance of office supplies, facilities work order management, etc). Additionally, the role provides several critical remote administrative functions for the business (e.g. facility and user management and maintenance inside CPS Optimizer platform, management of client survey and communications, facilitation of vendor relationships with key business partners like pitney bowes, iron mountain, and colliers). Schedule: Monday- Friday. 40 hours per week. Office is open 7:30-5:30 Location: 5515 Park Center Circle Suite 220, Dublin, OH 43017 Primary Responsibilities: Assists with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messages Pulls, reviews, and follows up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits Maintains an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate Completes discharge chart reviews, performs audits, processes orders to/from physicians, and tracks for timely receipt Communicates professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.) You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma 3+ years of office experience as an office coordinator or office manager Computer skills, clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and be able to type General clerical skills and organizational skills Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation Preferred Qualification: Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
