Company: Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (Korea) YH Job Area: Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group, Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group > Product Marketing General Summary: General Summary Qualcomm Korea is seeking an experienced AI Software Product Marketing professional to strengthen its Hybrid AI capabilities across Data Center, Cloud AI, and on-device AI. This role will serve as a key technical and business interface between Korean customers, ecosystem partners, Qualcomm Korea, and global business units. The successful candidate will translate evolving AI software technologies and customer requirements into differentiated value propositions, strategic business opportunities, and executable customer programs. The position will initially prioritize AI Data Center and Cloud AI opportunities while providing broader AI software expertise across Qualcomm’s businesses in Korea. The role requires strong knowledge of the AI software stack, technical customer engagement, product marketing, business development, and cross-functional program leadership. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Lead technical and strategic engagements with Korean cloud service providers, telecom operators, enterprises, system integrators, ISVs, and AI ecosystem partners. Develop a deep understanding of customer AI workloads, software requirements, deployment environments, and business priorities, and translate them into product and ecosystem requirements for Qualcomm. Define customer-specific positioning and value propositions for Qualcomm’s Data Center, Cloud AI, and Hybrid AI solutions. Identify, qualify, and develop new AI business opportunities in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and global business units. Support pre-sales activities, including customer proposals, technical presentations, RFIs/RFQs, competitive analysis, solution positioning, and executive briefings. Drive customer evaluations, proof-of-concept programs, and strategic AI initiatives by defining objectives, requirements, milestones, ownership, and success criteria. Coordinate global product, engineering, and business resources to address customer requirements, resolve technical and business issues, and ensure timely program execution. Develop the local AI software ecosystem through collaboration with AI model developers, ISVs, system integrators, infrastructure partners, research organizations, and other technology partners. Monitor AI software, infrastructure, competitive, and ecosystem trends and provide strategic market insights to Qualcomm Korea and global stakeholders. Represent Korean market requirements and customer priorities in global product roadmap and investment discussions. Serve as a shared AI software expert across Qualcomm Korea, with an initial focus on Data Center and Cloud AI and broader support for Handset, Compute, Automotive, IoT, and other businesses as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, business development, solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related role within the semiconductor, cloud, data center, or AI industry. Strong understanding of AI software and infrastructure, including machine learning frameworks, inference runtimes, model serving, orchestration, cloud-native deployment, and heterogeneous computing. Proven experience leading technical and business discussions with enterprise customers, cloud service providers, telecom operators, or technology ecosystem partners. Experience developing technical value propositions, customer proposals, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies for complex technology products or platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and geographically distributed teams. Strong
