WHAT'S NEW AT APTAR  We have an exciting position open at Aptar Querétaro  Project Manager, GBS  , reporting to the  Director, PMO GBS . This position is based in Queretaro, México. The  Project Manager, GBS  will be managing from Aptar Queretaro, Regional or Global transversal transformation projects for GBS activities in Americas which should bring standardization, centralization and efficiency to the GBS activities:

Drive from the GBS in Queretaro, Regional Transformation projects and if necessary Global Projects. Can be Transformation, Transition, System implementation or Standardization projects. Implement for all Aptar companies’ within the scope & perimeter new external IS tools in collaboration with IS team to bring automation and standardization throughout the group and generate efficiency through Aptar organization. Depending on group strategy and global GBS change may oversee several different regional and global projects Drive organizational changes and standardization of organizations when necessary.

This role is based in Aptar Mexico-Queretaro, one of Aptar’s GBS (Global Business Services) centers to leverage synergies in working with other departments housed in the same center.  THIS IS HOW HIS JOURNEY BEGINS. Drive the GBS projects from its early stage to the end in all different aspects of the project.

Ensure adherence to PMO governance, methodologies, and reporting standards. Follow & report on a regular basis (monthly or more often if necessary) the status of the project including the risk analysis, the cost of the projects and the KPI to the SteerCo team. Manage Go / NO Go decisions with the Steerco team and or any other strategic decision impacting the project. Lead the organization of the project team & make sure to have the proper resources in competencies & capacities available for the project with GBPO, GBS GLT, HR and IS team Segregate the projects into different stage gates according to general Project Management methodology Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines both globally and on a day-to-day basis from early stage to post go live support. Manage all open items elements of the project and make sure they are delivered on time, following the time line of the project. Manage the project team & coordinate the transformation and the risk matrix analysis. If necessary organize & coordinate with the HR team and the GBS GLT leads the necessary employee recruitment planning and processes. Follow and coordinate with the GBS controller the full financial impacts of the project planning and means. Participate in the savings evaluation and ROI evaluation. Organize & coordinate with the GBS leads and IS team the Change Management and training
