Own the product lifecycle for one or more Zerto business domains. Act as the bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and customers, translating strategic requirements into deliverable engineering outcomes. Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-release optimisation. Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and identify future opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business priorities. Identify opportunities for product innovation and customer-centric enhancements. Define, manage, and maintain the product backlog. Prioritise complex features while balancing customer requirements, engineering constraints, business priorities, and delivery timelines. Write product specifications, user stories, and requirements documentation. Work closely with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and engaging experiences. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Executive Leadership teams. Present product initiatives and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
