As a Technical Program Manager in the Core Platform Business Unit (CPBU), you will define and lead the program execution strategy for Everpure’s™ flagship FlashArray and FlashBlade hardware and software initiatives. You will align multi-stream, highly complex engineering programs with overarching business objectives, bridging hardware, software, and cloud-native developments for AWS and Azure. Serving as a strategic catalyst across global site leads, executive stakeholders, and infrastructure teams, you will tackle intangible architectural dependencies and drive high-impact initiatives to market on schedule without downtime. • Drive Strategic Program Execution: Architect and manage multi-stream engineering roadmaps for FlashArray, FlashBlade, and hybrid cloud releases, ensuring on-time delivery across the full software development lifecycle.

• Lead Cross-Organizational Alignment: Direct end-to-end communication, status transparency, and dependency tracking across engineering, product management, infrastructure, and executive leadership teams.

• Optimize Operations & Capital Expenditure: Manage CapEx allocation, budget tracking, and resource planning for engineering infrastructure while coordinating key operational milestones like QBRs and annual planning.

• Mitigate Systemic Risks: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, critical path dependencies, and cross-team impediments—exercising independent judgment to establish effective resolution frameworks.

• Champion Process Evolution: Serve as a change agent by establishing scalable methodologies, automation tools, and program management frameworks that streamline time-to-market across the business unit.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Technical Program Management: Demonstrated mastery in leading complex, multi-component engineering programs across software, hardware, distributed systems, or virtualized/cloud infrastructure environments.

• Driving Execution: Excellent ability to create structure and drive execution in ambiguous environments, navigating unknowns, resolving complex dependencies, and holding teams accountable for results.

• End-to-End Delivery Expertise: Proven capability in driving complex initiatives through every stage of the software/product development lifecycle (SDLC) while navigating multi-team dependencies and ambiguous challenges.

• Technical Acumen: Deep technical ability to understand distributed systems, triage technical risks, and facilitate in-depth discussions with engineers (without needing to be a software developer).

• Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional skills in influencing cross-functional teams and articulating a program's "big picture", ability to build consensus, present complex data to executive leadership, and foster collaboration across diverse, global teams.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved
