Schedule :  Monday - Thursday, 4:18pm-2:48am. Overtime as required. Training will be on 1st Shift until December 2026. Align and secure engine components according to work instructions  Install gaskets, seals, wires, bearings, hoses, covers, and visual components  Ensure parts and materials used in assembly are defect-free  Assist in problem-solving and improvement initiatives across departments  Verify correct alignment of engine components using schematics and part prints  Inspect parts and materials for quality defects  Conduct audits and quality inspections to address known defects  Perform torque audits, leak tests, and visual inspections on engines  Submit and support resolution of C.P.S. Continuous Improvement cards  Adhere to standard operating procedures and area-specific instructions  Collaborate with other departments to address assembly-related challenges and suggest improvements  Provide information to supervisors and managers regarding processes in the assigned area  Occasionally participate in training and development   Perform any other assigned duties  What you will have:   Minimum of 4 months' experience in a manufacturing work environment or industry certification  Mechanical aptitude  Ability to work well with others  Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English  Intermediate experience with computers, tablets, and with Microsoft Office Applications  Previous experience with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work  Ability to adhere to safety procedures     What would make you a top candidate:    Previous experience reading complex assembly instructions  Previous experience assembling products  Previous experience with similar electrical cabinet (repair or assembly)   Previous experience and/or certification in operating forklifts, tugger, and/or other power equipment     Physical Requirements:   Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time  Ability to perform repetitive operations  Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.     We are committed to ensuring a supportive and accommodating work environment for all employees.
