Deep understanding of card scheme mandates and compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret scheme bulletins and assess impacts on platforms and merchant portfolios. Hands-on knowledge of the eCommerce payments ecosystem, including payment gateways, hosted and embedded checkouts, EMV 3DS, tokenization, fraud prevention tools, and alternative payment methods. Proven track record of delivering compliance and regulatory initiatives to fixed deadlines, including experience with authentication, tokenization, fraud monitoring programs, and PCI DSS compliance.
