Program start date: January 2027 About: Tomoh Program is Microsoft's program for Emiritization, aiming to accelerate Emiratis employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs.   Program overview :  Microsoft Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.   Program Details:  The 6 months program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training) Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month) Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure. Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications. Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.   Phase two : On-the-job training (5 months) Joining as a Partner Solution Sales apprentice for on-the-job shadowing and training. Mentorship and coaching sessions. Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects. Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.

Support the development and execution of joint solution area sales plans with Microsoft partners to drive cloud consumption and business growth. Assist in identifying and evaluating partner sales capabilities, business priorities, and market opportunities. Collaborate with Microsoft sales, technical, and marketing teams to support partner-led customer engagements and co-sell opportunities. Help manage and track partner pipeline activities, forecasts, and sales performance metrics. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and digital transformation. Support partner enablement activities by helping partners understand Microsoft solution value propositions, programs, and go-to-market resources. Build relationships with partner stakeholders and contribute to initiatives that accelerate partner sales practice development and customer success.
