In the role of Space Field Specialist working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the Strategy and Capabilities group. This position reports to the Space Lab Team Lead and will be responsible for drawing sets for retailers to maximize our strategic efforts with shelf space and supporting the category insights team with space solutions to grow the beer category.
What You'll Be Brewing
Lead various schematic projects that support chains in achieving – Molson Coors chain volume, space and distribution goals
Provide expertise and council to space analysts to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Drive continual improvement acting as a Center of Space Management and Assortment Analytical Excellence for Molson CoorsDevelop and implement Molson Coors space management planning processes and tools, enabling the company and its distributors to achieve our sales and distribution goals with chain customers.
Increase analyst efficiency through development and implementation of effective space management strategies and processes
Identify, develop and implement space management category management education and help develop tools used in development of schematics projects
Key Ingredients: You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (3+ years) in the field of space management
You consider yourself to have strong PC skills in applicable programs (Microsoft Office Suite), advanced knowledge of space management tools including Blue Yonder (JDA Space Planning)
You have a good understanding of retailer space strategies
You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
