Assigns and manages the work of linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers.  Essential Functions and Other Job Information:   Implements complex project requirements, and proposing best customer project solutions.   Plans, schedules, and performs risk management of complex projects.   Tracks project progress to ensure quality, deliveries, and cost remain within the  agreed scope.   Manages day to day relationship with client on complex project matters;  including status reports/meetings and project solutions.   Facilitates effective communcation with project team.   Ensures completion of all project-driven administation and financial processes.   Collects KPI data for assigned clients.   Drives innovation to project the project managment process.  Job Complexity Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.  Job Knowledge A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of  specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
