What will you do? Use the SAP system to create production work orders taking into account capacity constraints. Develop/Manage resource allocation and capacity models and coordinate production plan with operations supervisors. Develop and distribute daily production schedules to key process areas. Revise productions schedules when required due to sales order changes, material shortages, and capacity constraints while collaborating with plant management personnel. Attend workflow meetings and maintain knowledge of New Product status and approvals. Production Order owner (creation, maintenance, close). How will you do it? Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter. Participate in EHS activities (subcommittees, emergency brigades, inspections, audits, campaigns, Training, etc.) as required. Comply with the roles and responsibilities matrix as applicable. Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS goals and metrics. Participate in EHS observations program. Ensure EHS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees. Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation. Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company. Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5’s standards. Properly use Personal Protective Equipment. Review and participate in risk assessments ensuring the level of alertness in their areas when working with materials and chemicals. What are we looking for? University degree and 1 year minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. SAP. Bilingual. (English/Spanish). Ability to manage complex internal and external relationships requiring diplomacy, negotiating, and analytical skills. Ability to develop and motivate direct reports. This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details. Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.
