This role is for the Systems Engineer RSE and you will serve as a key interface between the requirements, design, subsystem engineering, system engineering, and production teams. In this role you will: • Perform systems integration, test strategies, fault tree analysis, fact finding during faults, the liason for all the things that have to be instrumental for the LRHW System Integration Lab (LSIL) to making strides forward • Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility • Support test activities on site and the range location(s) • Perform data reviews and provide feedback to test and integration and adajacent LRHW IPTs • Find opportunities for build flow and test efficiencies Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Basic Qualifications -Excellent leadership skills and whole systems thinking -Breadth of knowledge and work experience implementing systems engineering standard methodologies and lessons learned -Experience in Systems Engineering processes and Systems Integration functions in one or more of the following: a.) System trade studies and/or System modeling b.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) inputs from the RSE level c.) System Integration, Test and/or Verification sign-off for validation of procedure and requirements tracking d.) Test planning (Flight and Field Testing) and implementation with and understanding of all the interdependencies e.) Design reviews stakeholder f) Analysis of data and testing artifacts stakeholder Desired Skills This Systems Engineering RSE will be responsible for all SEIT activities in the realm of the whole system and how it interfaces with other key players in the System. That includes but is not limited to LRHW. • Validated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors • System design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc.) • Experience with network and operations design • Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for implementation on an inflexible schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data • Demonstrated experience of good judgment and programmatic implementation vital to meet technical
