ROLE OBJECTIVE  To understand, drive and deliver projects from initiation to closure. As a project manager you must manage and set stakeholder expectation, communicate effectively and plan/manage tasks, resources and timeline effectively to successfully deliver projects. RESPONSIBILITIES  -Understand project requirements -Drive and participate in the discovery phase -Plan project timeline and milestones -Collaborate with teams to create work break down -Identify, mitigate, and flag project risks proactively -Monitor and control project progress -Effective and proactive communication -Drive projects to closure as planned -Support team with documentation EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s degree - Any Knowledge of project management techniques Knowledge of project management tools Knowledge of basic IT development platform and technology stacks QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE CAPM, Scrum Master certification (good to have) IT Project Management Experience Agile Development experience 3 - 4 years of overall experience 1+ years of Project Management Experience MOTIVATIONAL/CULTURAL FIT •    Innovation demeanor Problem solving •    Proactive •    Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment •    Passion for technology •    Self development •    Results driven •    Clear and concise communication both locally and globally
