Responsibilities - Support business planning, commercial incentives, revenue operation, and sales enablement pillar. - Conduct market and competitor research to define future strategy, e.g., industry research, business model research, product assessments. - Derive market insights and conduct in-depth analysis to help the business better understand key value drivers and identify growth opportunities. - Support commercial incentives calculation for clients and agency partners. - Track and monitor KPI and performance metrics. - Support process, policy, revenue operations to contracting, overall efficiency improvement initiatives.
