About The Role
Help bring Cohere's enablement strategy to life for our field teams in EMEA. This generalist role will build and manage programs end-to-end, from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration, while working directly with managers and reps to ensure enablement drives results. You'll report to the Head of Sales Enablement and help establish operational rigor as this global function scales.
Key Responsibilities
Own enablement programs from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to align GTM priorities and embed enablement into every stage of the sales lifecycle Create and curate high-impact resources (playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts, certification programs) for Cohere's solutions Establish KPIs (win rates, sales cycle efficiency) and use analytics to refine initiatives and prove ROI Operationalize MEDDPICC methodology into everyday seller behavior (deal reviews, coaching, planning) Build certification paths that accelerate new seller productivity across regions and cultures Maintain and evolve the enablement content platform to ensure global adoption Identify automation opportunities for repeatable work, and develop practical AI workflows that improve team output Work directly with field leadership on joint calls, deal coaching, and in-market visits Translate field insights into updated content, playbooks, and qualification guides Keep sellers current on product lineup, competitive positioning, and use-case narratives Balance live training, program management, and strategic planning across time zones Measure program impact (ramp time, win rates, pipeline generation, deal velocity) and report to leadership Qualifications 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, revenue operations, or related GTM role (B2B SaaS/tech preferred) Experience supporting multi-region sales organizations with cultural/time zone awareness Proven ability to design and ship programs from scratch AI-fluent with track record of scaling enablement using AI tools Field-oriented approach—you thrive on direct deal reviews and coaching Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Clear communication across all levels (reps to leadership) Comfort with ambiguity and building in fast-paced environments Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (RAG, model selection, competitive differentiation) Enterprise software sales experience Sales enablement/instructional design certification Hyper-growth enablement scaling experience Additional regional languages Full-Time Employees at Cohere enjoy these Perks: A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
