Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Role Overview The Supply Chain Governance Specialist II supports the execution of the monthly governance cycle by ensuring data readiness, analytical preparation, documentation quality, and recurring process discipline. This role enables governance effectiveness through descriptive and diagnostic analysis, dashboard and tracker maintenance, issue follow-up, and meeting support materials. Partners closely with SC Governance, divisions, analytics, and digital teams to maintain reliable inputs, structured execution, and timely follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Support KPI governance across core supply chain metrics including Inventory Above/Below Entitlement, Slow-Moving Inventory, End-of-Life Inventory, Delivery, and Quality. Refresh, validate, and prepare data required for the monthly governance cycle, ensuring stable and reliable inputs for analysis and discussion. Perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis to identify trends, variances, gaps, and early risk signals across divisional metrics. Maintain dashboards, working files, supporting documentation, and backup materials used in Workstream and SteerCo preparation. Update and maintain action trackers, and meeting outputs to support disciplined cycle execution. Create, document, and track tickets related to dashboard, SPARK, data, or process issues, and follow through on resolution progress. Support pre-cycle readiness by tracking operational changes, release impacts, open issues, and other items that could affect analysis quality. Prepare meeting inputs by organizing findings, validating exclusions, confirming evidence, and documenting relevant assumptions or changes. Contribute to process standardization, onboarding support, and continuous improvement through accurate documentation and disciplined governance practices. Build working knowledge of assigned divisions, business context, metrics, dashboards, and standard workflows to provide consistent execution support. Leverage approved AI and automation tools to improve governance efficiency, including supporting data analysis, identifying trends or anomalies, summarizing findings, enhancing documentation, and streamlining recurring governance activities, while ensuring appropriate validation, data quality, and responsible use of AI-generated outputs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related to supply chain. 2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, analytics, operations support, governance, or related roles. Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. Basic to intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx and SQL. Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data, validate outputs, and maintain execution discipline. Ability to work cross-functionally with governance leads, division contacts, analytics, and digital support teams. Experience with dashboard validation, issue tracking, documentation, or process support is preferred. Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma are desirable but not required.
