Intern- Service Contracts Lifecycle Operations- Nashville, TN-Summer 2027

We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in a 3 month paid internship opportunity at our site in Nashville. Through this role, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a health technology company.

Support reporting, data validation, and analysis for operational work and team performance. Document current reporting tools, data sources, user needs, and improvement opportunities. Assist with developing a centralized Power BI dashboard or reporting proof of concept. Explore opportunities to use automation and AI for insights, trend identification, and reporting efficiency. Help maintain process documentation, team reference materials, and project trackers. Participate in team meetings, improvement projects, and other assigned operational support activities. You're the right fit if: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience or interest in Power BI, data visualization, AI, or automation is preferred. Comfortable learning new systems and working collaboratively in a professional environment. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00 , plus overtime eligibility. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted range depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
