Intelligent Automation Developer

Job Description & Summary The Opportunity   We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Developer to join our team and contribute to our automation and AI journey. You will develop modern automation solutions using workflow tools, APIs, cloud technologies, and AI capabilities, while working closely with business and technical teams. You will play an important role in shaping our technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, and contributing to a culture of engineering excellence. What You Will   Do   · Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and automation opportunities · Develop and maintain automation workflows and supporting components · Integrate solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, databases, files, and cloud services · Contribute to AI-enabled automation use cases, such as OCR, LLM integrations, and document-based workflows · Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and post-go-live support · Prepare technical documentation for the developed solutions · Follow development standards and contribute to code quality and reusability · Learn and apply new technologies in automation, Azure, and AI · Have very good verbal and written technical communication skills in English and Romanian What We Are Looking For ·1–3 years of relevant experience in automation development, software development, or system integration · Experience with at least one automation technology such as UiPath, or similar platforms · Working knowledge of one or more of the following: JavaScript, React, Express.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies. · Experience or interest in API integration · Exposure to Microsoft Azure or willingness to learn · Interest in AI-enabled automation, including LLMs, OCR, or chatbot solutions · Good analytical and problem-solving skills · Good communication skills in English and Romanian · Ability to work in a collaborative team environment · Experience in collaborating with business teams and SMEs within an automation project · Appetite to understand and solve both business and technical issues in parallel · Experience working in Agile projects · Solid Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills in exploratory contexts · Client facing experience with strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills Nice to have: · Azure AI services · REST API integration experience · ERP / SAP integration exposure · Git, DevOps, or CI/CD familiarity · Relevant certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Azure We Offer: · Continuous growth in a positive and multicultural work environment · We take care to help you gain skills, knowledge and experience, together with highly marketable specialists · Opportunity to work on complex regional and global projects · Latest technologies and methodologies · International mobility and short term projects abroad might appear in exceptional cases #LI-BS1 #LI-Hybrid
