Job Title:  Sr. Voice Engineer Location: Melbourne, FL Duration:   6 Months   Job Description: • Support the Voice and Collaboration enterprise infrastructure with approximately 17,000 users • Review documentation to ensure that it meets testing standards, document trouble shooting and restoral activities • Create test plans which will allow for a proper evaluation of hardware and software being considered for implementation • Prepare specifications for commercial off the shelf hardware, software, and services • Evaluate Vendor submissions for compliance with customer's specifications • Prepare and present training information to technical staff and user personnel Required Skills • Cisco CCNP-Voice certification • Proficient in Unified Communications manager 7.1 and 8.5 including developing and managing Dial Plans, Calling Search Spaces, Device Pools, Translation routes • Proficient in Unity (4.x – 8) and Unity Connection (8.x) • Proficient in creating and managing Call Handlers in Unity • Proficient in H323 Gatekeeper Controlled Gateways • Proficient in MeetingPlace V7 and above. • Cisco Routing and Switching Proficiency required. • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills • Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service is essential with outstanding oral and written communication. • Ability to work in fast paced environments and adapt quickly to changing situations • Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations • Must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance Preferred Skills: • CCIE-Voice • Familiarity with ITIL, or ISO20000 • Experience with Linux, VMware, Windows Server (2K-2k8), SQL Server (2k-2k5), and AD • Experience with IPCC Enterprise Version 7 and above • Experience with UCCE in a Multi-Cluster environment Additional Information Thanks and Regards, Vasanth Reddy IT Recruiter Keshav Consulting Solutions, LLC Ph: 919-267-3114 Fax:919-573-0772 E-mail: [email protected] URL: www.keshavconsulting.com By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy apply I'm interested I'm interested I'm interested Refer a friend share this job
