About this role
Amazon Global Selling helps individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 21 overseas marketplaces and supporting their success and growth. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese businesses going global. Key job responsibilities 1. Develop deep understanding of the overseas warehouse industry landscape, including key players, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and business teams 2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard overseas warehouse service providers, establishing partnerships and clear collaboration frameworks aligned with Amazon's requirements 3. Understand seller and business needs through data analysis and direct engagement, and provide regular feedback to global teams to inform solution development and prioritization 4. Drive integration of Amazon logistics solutions with overseas warehouse service providers, ensuring smooth onboarding, technical readiness, and operational alignment 5. Track and manage service provider performance against defined metrics, driving continuous improvement and accountability 6. Deliver clear communications and business updates to senior leadership
